What we can help with
Wallet usage questions. How to install, configure, import, send, receive, or troubleshoot Kadena Wallet.
Bug reports. If something is not working as expected, please include: your operating system and version, Kadena Wallet behavior observed, what you expected to happen, and any error messages displayed.
General Kadena ecosystem questions. Within reason and within our knowledge. We are not the Kadena Foundation and do not speak for the chain or for other ecosystem projects.
Business inquiries. Partnership, integration, or formal business questions. Response time may be longer than user support.
Press inquiries. We respond to legitimate press inquiries; we do not have a dedicated PR team or formal press release infrastructure.
What we cannot help with
- Recovering lost recovery phrases. No party can recover a self-custody wallet's recovery phrase if it has been lost. See Wallet recovery for honest options. Anyone offering paid recovery services is running a scam.
- Other wallets' issues. We can describe how Kadena Wallet works; we cannot troubleshoot eckoWALLET, Koala, Chainweaver, or any other wallet's specific behavior. Contact those projects directly for issues with their software.
- KDA price advice or predictions. We do not give investment advice or price predictions.
- Foundation-era issues (Kaddex class-action, KDX investor questions, etc.). We are not party to these matters and do not solicit participation. For public matters concerning Kaddex / KDX, refer to the relevant publicly available information.
- Exchange account issues. For problems with Binance, MEXC, Gate.io, OKX, Bybit, Crypto.com, or any other exchange, contact that exchange's support directly.
- Personal financial situations. We can describe how the technology works; we cannot advise on your specific financial situation.

We do not have 24/7 support. We do not have phone support. Crisis communications are not part of our scope.
A note on phishing and impersonation
Cryptocurrency support channels are frequently impersonated. Please be aware:
- We do not operate accounts on Twitter/X, Discord, Telegram, or other social platforms at launch.
- Anyone claiming to represent Kadena Wallet on those platforms is not us.
- We will never ask for your recovery phrase, private keys, or passwords. No legitimate support ever does.
- We will never ask you to send cryptocurrency to "verify" your wallet or to "unlock" funds. This is always a scam regardless of who appears to be asking.
If you receive contact claiming to be from Kadena Wallet that does not match the email or form on this page, treat it as suspicious.
